Who am I? Would you know my name?

If some kind soul out there could confirm who I am? The photographer does not have a clue....

Not sure if this helps but I think thats a moth larvae as opposed to a butterfly caterpillar. It looks a lot like some that I kept as a kid once...they morphed into this lovely green/yellow day moth about three inches long...

Unfortunately that's all I have to offer in terms of identity:)

Found one of these in the garden at Lintas, but no idea what it's called, sorry. Extremely cute, though. At first I thought it was made of plastic with painted eyes!

Beautiful pic.
Maybe some type of papilio (Swallowtail) larvae?
this site is pretty comprehensive: http://www.srilankaninsects.net/index.htm
and the most similar description seems to be of the lime butterfly.

Hi Dom, It seems like a 'tomato hornworm', but i can't really say from the partial image if that's the right type of caterpillar :D Have a nice day!
